How do I place an order?

 

If you are interested in purchasing an item from our online showcase, please use the Ask a question about this product button found on each page to contact us.

 

If I have questions, can I speak with someone over the phone?

 

Yes, you can. Our number is: (39) 055 230 2676. Our retail store hours are: Monday 4 - 7pm and Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 2:30pm / 4pm - 7pm

How long will delivery take?

 

As every item is hand-picked, inspected, packed and wrapped to ensure it reaches you in tip-top condition, orders are generally shipped out within 3 days. However, we do try to get orders sent out faster than this. You should allow a further 5 days for European delivery and 10 days for international delivery.

We can offer a faster service if you need an item urgently by sending your package Expedited International Post. There is, however, an extra postal charge. Your package is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days from the ship date.

 

How will I make sure a garment will fit me?
 

We attempt to provide as much detailed size information as possible in the garment listing. You can also visit our Size Charts page for other sizing information and metric listings.

Please keep in mind that all our items are listed in modern size equivalents, not in vintage sizes. We ignore the vintage size tags and labels in every garment.

If you have an atypical body shape or unusual proportions, please let us know and we can email with additional measurements on the items you're interested in. That is, if you're short-waisted and worried about the bodice length of a dress, we can let you know its length. This also holds for any questions you may have about an item that needs to fit just-so. Asking questions can save you time and expense in the long run. If you've seen an item online and need more information about it, just click on the "Ask a question about this product" link found on each product page. The item model number is automatically transferred to us along with your note.

What if I have questions about an item I'm interested in?

Please ask specific questions instead of a general request. We have full descriptions listed for every item online, but if you would like additional information on a certain aspect or just have questions we didn't cover, feel free to contact us.

 

Do you discount items upon request?
 

We do our best to offer a quality product at a reasonable price, therefore our prices are firm.  

 

Some items are marked as "Reserved". What does that mean?
 

A reserved item has been paid for and shipped, but its return period is not over. Therefore the item could possibly be returned and again be available for purchase. You cannot order an item marked "Reserved", but if you write with interest in a that item we will notify you in case the item is returned.

Once an item's return period has expired, it is moved to the Sold Gallery.

 

What is the "Clothing Condition Rating Chart"?
 

The condition of each item of clothing is rated using the Clothing Condition Rating Chart as a guide. Ratings are then posted in the individual item's description.
