Pitti Vintage Return Policy


  •  Please note that items will have a varying degree of wear from "Perfect" to "As Is". Refer to the Clothing Rating Chart and/or click on the "Ask a question about this product" link found on each product page for more information. The item model number is automatically transferred to us along with your note. 

  • We do our best to provide our items in the best possible condition. We professionally clean & repair all items before putting them up for sale.
    All flaws are mentioned, occasionally we will not mention tiny flaws that are hidden & do not affect the item or the wearing of. Sometimes we miss small loose seams or other minor flaws by mistake. Overall we are studious in our attempts to rate each piece of clothing properly.

  • Please do not buy multiple (3 or more) items to try on with the intent of keeping one & returning the others. This ties up our stock for others. If multiple items are returned a 20% restocking fee is deducted from your refund.

  • We can not guarantee delivery dates or times. We usually ship in 5 days or less unless it's the holidays, then things tend to get a bit hectic. (Of course, the actual postal shipping time slows then, as well.)
    We can offer a faster service if you need an item urgently by sending your package Federal Express. However, there is an extra postal charge. Your package will arrive within 3 business days. This shipping option will be offered at checkout.


  • If you are not happy for any reason at all, you may return the item for refund of money minus a 10% restocking fee as long as the item(s) are in the mail within 2 days of your delivery date & are in the same exact condition we sent them in & all of our rules & policies are followed.

    • Please use the return authorizations form below if you intend to send an item back. 
    • Items sent back between 3 - 4 days of your delivery date will be subject to a 20% restock fee. After that is a 50% restock fee or quite possibly the item will be rejected.
    • If you exchange the item for another item of similar value or accept store credit, we will waive the restocking fee.
    • Items must be in the same condition we sent them in with all tags still attached. This includes no odors such as smoke or perfume, no alterations of any kind, no split seams.  
    • Shipping fees are never refundable.
    • All shipping, customs, duty fees , or any other charges related to shipping & taxes are the customers responsibility.
