Shipping dates can sometimes change slightly depending on delays in transit or customs clearance.

What are the materials that bags are made out of?

Because I love animals, I do not use any animal leather for my bags. As alternatives, I select the best cruelty-free material available to construct my bags such as PINATEX, an innovative plant-based material from pineapple leaf fiber, as well as special faux nylons, eco-polyurethane, synthetic microfibers and ultra-suede are sourced from Italy. My lining fabrics are made from organic cotton. The hardware is sourced from Italy. My bags are 100% cruelty-free and vegan.

Where are your vegan bags made?

My bags are designed and handmade by me in my small studio in Florence Italy.

What is the cost of shipping & handling?

Shipping costs depend on the value of the order and weight. International customers are liable to pay any customs duty charges levied by their home country. PITTI VINTAGE shall not hold any responsibility for such charges and taxes. Please refer to our Store Policy for more details. 

Does putting an item in my shopping cart reserve the merchandise?

No, unfortunately placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee its availability for when you are ready to make your purchase.

Can I ship different products to different locations in the same order?

You cannot allocate separate shipping addresses on the same order. If you would like to send an item to a different location, a separate order will have to be placed. In case you have already placed an order and would still like to have items shipped to a different address, please contact us at info@pittivintage.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional shipping fees will apply even if your original order qualified for free shipping. 

Can I cancel an order?

We gladly accept cancellations.

Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Just email us at info@pittivintage.com and we will send you a cancellation confirmation within 24 - 48 hours. Please note, communication via any other channel or social media may cause a delay or miss on your cancellation request. Kindly note all cancellation requests MUST be received via email only.  All orders must be paid for in full at the time of placing them. Sales and items listed under "Last Chance" cannot be canceled. These sales are final. No store credit will be provided.

Can I return an order?

We don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us info@pittivintage.com if you have any problems with your order. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned. One-of-a-kind orders cannot be returned. To assure the highest quality, all items are personally hand-checked before shipping. Please refer to our Store Policy for more details.

What are the Christmas order deadlines for 2023?

Just a reminder that your order is made, packaged and shipped from Florence Italy.

The International deadline is November 25th to receive by December 24th, 2023.

The Domestic deadline in Italy is December 10th to receive by December 24th, 2023.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
