**Due to global disruptions from COVID-19 and potential shipping carrier delays, there’s a chance your package may not arrive within the originally shipping estimates. **Tracking within the US, and other countries, may not be 100% accurate due to COVID-19, but please be assured, packages are being delivered, just slower than normal.

PROCESSING TIME:
All orders are custom made and have a processing time of 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) before they ship out from our facility.

SHIPPING:
We ship worldwide with POSTA PRIORITY INTERNAZIONALE FROM POSTE ITALIANE, orders are DELIVERED BY THE POSTAL COMPANY OF YOUR COUNTRY.

The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind, holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Italy: 3-4 business days WITH POSTE ITALIANE posta delivery box.Tracking Number is provided.
North America: 10-15 business days.
Europe: 6-10 business days.
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-20 business days. Asia Pacific: 15-20 business days.
Latin America and the Caribbean: 14-25 business days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
