PROCESSING TIME:
All my products are handmade by me Graciela, in my studio in Florence Italy in small batches, this is how I can ensure sustainability avoiding any fashion waste and the uniqueness of each item crafted just for you. The production and processing time to make your order is 3-7 business days(not including weekends or holidays) before they ship out from our facility.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
CHRISTMAS ORDER DEADLINE:
The International deadline is November 25th to receive by December 24th, 2024.
The Domestic deadline in Italy is November 25th to receive by December 24th, 2024.
Orders placed after November 25th, 2024 will be shipped in February 2025.
