All the Pitti Vintage vegan bags looked amazing online and I wanted something customized with different measurements. Graciela accommodated exactly what I asked her for without any trouble. She sent videos during the process of making my bag, and photos of the finished bag before shipping and it looked like just what I was picturing, but I have to tell you it looks even more incredible in person somehow.
